Progress

I’ve been dieting for the past 3 months. I am proud to say that I have lost 22 pounds in the process. I have more energy and more confidence in myself. This is something that I have wanted a long time for myself. I’ve even tried many times before but have failed due to my lack of perseverance and discipline. 

So what changed me this time? I saw a picture of myself that made me deeply ashamed. I don’t feel as big as I look but to be hit by reality was very difficult. So I’ve changed my eating habits and I exercise at least 4 times a week. I have a long way to go but I wouldn’t be able to do it without the support of my fiance’, my family, and my friends. It isn’t easy but its worth it!
